No, you cannot downgrade your VPS plan under any circumstance, you can only upgrade it, if necessary, until you reach our highest plan.
A single public IPv4 address comes will all of our VPS plans at no extra cost, however, if you need a second IPv4 address you can lease one during the signup process at $4.00 per month.
You (or your entrusted agent) manages your VPS, we simply create the VPS instance for you when you sign up for one of our plans. Management of the VPS is fully your responsibility.
No, we don’t provide VPS backups. Backups are your responsibility as mentioned in section 8.3 of the VPS Terms of Service (https://airlinkdc.com/vps-terms-of-service/).
