Refund Policy

Sometimes, a purchase simply isn’t what we were looking for. For VPS Hosting Accounts, if you are unhappy for any reason within the first 2 weeks (14 days) of signup, we will issue you a full refund of hosting costs. Under no circumstances will customers be refunded any payment/payments, or part thereof, if they have violated our AUP and their services have been suspended or terminated as a corollary – Please see sections 11.10 and 11.11 of the Terms of Service agreement for our policy on refunds due to suspensions and terminations.
